Your training is completed in stages. Coco will send you the required training material as you progress through onboarding.
Janine walks you through the products included in your Starter Kit, what each product is used for and how the range supports your LiceDoctors treatments.
Coco will email you the initial training videos and material to review.
You will receive your full training manual and quiz. This must be completed before your live training.
Once your Starter Kit has been sent and your training material has been completed, Coco will email you the booking link for your 30-minute live training session with Janine.
You become a Certified LiceDoctors Partner once all onboarding requirements have been completed.
Once certified, your business details can be added to the LiceDoctors website so families in your service area can find your business and contact you directly.

The total cost to get started is $658.90 including GST. This includes your Registration & Training Fee ($220 incl. GST) and Starter Kit ($438.90 incl. GST). If you prefer to split the payments, you can pay the Registration & Training Fee first, then purchase your Starter Kit within four weeks. The Starter Kit contains enough product to treat approximately 6–8 clients.
Yes. Afterpay is available at checkout. If you prefer not to pay the Registration & Training Fee and Starter Kit together in one payment, you can use the split-payment option and Afterpay may also be available as a payment method at checkout.
As a Certified LiceDoctors Partner, you operate your own business. LiceDoctors provides training, products, systems and marketing resources to help you get started. Your business information will be listed on the LiceDoctors website after certification, and Partners are encouraged to actively connect with their local community to grow their client base.
Partners can promote their business through local Facebook community groups, local advertising, schools, childcare centres and other community networks. Once onboarding is complete, your business details can also be added to the LiceDoctors website.
No. Previous experience is not required. LiceDoctors training is designed to teach you what you need to confidently perform treatments. However, you do need to be self-motivated and willing to actively market your business, connect with your local community and let families know that you are available to provide LiceDoctors treatments in your area.
Most Partners are ready to launch within approximately 7–10 business days from registration, including paperwork, receiving the Starter Kit, completing the training resources and completing the live training session.
Your service area is confirmed based on population, demand and existing LiceDoctors Partners. Some Partners service multiple postcodes, while others cover a larger regional area.
Your Starter Kit contains enough product to treat approximately 6–8 clients. Once you need more stock, you can reorder through the online Wholesale Ordering System at exclusive Partner Wholesale Pricing.
Once you have completed your training, your exclusive Partner Wholesale Ordering link will be emailed to you. You can then reorder products online as needed at exclusive Partner Wholesale Pricing.
